Greater Louisville Koi & Goldfish Show - 2009

The 14th annual Greater Louisville Koi & Goldfish Show was held the weekend of May 22- 24, 2009 at the home of Charles and Carolyn Phelps.  Fifty-three goldfish and 152 koi were entered in the show.  Bay Bateman acted as head goldfish judge.  The show marked the first time that the AGA sanctioned a top-view Ranchu contest, with impressive results.  As anyone who has ever attended the Louisville show can attest, Charles and Carolyn are truly gracious hosts, and club President Troy Head did a great job in coordinating the largest show held in Louisville.  (All photos provided courtesy of Troy Head)
