Judges Bio Larry Christensen 16952 NW Bernietta Ct. Portland, OR 97229-7947 503-531-3303 Larry is a founding member of AGA (currently Membership Chairman) and has been raising & showing goldfish since 1976. He recently became a certified AGA Judge (2007) after judging Goldfish Shows over the last 8 years. He has been a Certified AKCA (Associated Koi Clubs of America) Judge since 1997 and a Locally Certified ZNA (Zen Nippon Airinki) Koi Judge since 1993. Larry was an active hobbyist and Board member of GFSA (Goldfish Society of America) since 1982. He has also been an active member of NW Koi and Goldfish Club since 1981 and has held the following positions: President, Vice President, various Rep positions and Show Chairman. As a founding member of the Pacific NW Koi Clubs Association in 1984 he has served as Chairman and Vice Chairman. Larry is a General Contractor and Co-Owner of Christensen Construction NW, LLC a Custom Home Building Company. Larry enjoys auctioneering at various koi and goldfish events during the year. |
